Your Personal Superintendent
When all building permits are complete and construction
is ready to begin, your Personal Superintendent will
contact you to begin a most important relationship...
keeping you informed and up-to-date on the progress
of your new home.
The Pre-drywall Walk-through
Kenco Communities' team of professionals walk your
home prior to the installation of drywall. You are
encouraged to attend this important walk-through and
review the progress and design selections for your new
home. Additionally, Kenco will conduct a third-party
walk through at this stage of construction to further
ensure the home is designed and built to Kenco
Communities' standards.
Homeowner Orientation
A comprehensive orientation meeting is scheduled in advance of closing, and is a valued experience that will greatly
enhance the move-in process. The meeting is designed to help you fully understand the many components of your new
home, including an in-depth review with your Personal Superintendent on beneficial homeowner maintenance procedures.
The Customer Service Kit
The Customer Service Kit is a detailed manual
designed to provide easily accessible information
about warranty service and home maintenance. It
is presented during the Homeowner Orientation

maintenance tips, community information and

Maintenance 101
Especially important to our homeowners is our unique
Kenco University Program: Homeowner Maintenance
101. This personalized course will guide you in the best
practices for maintaining your home and is offered to
every Kenco Communities homeowner. Our goal is to
provide practical information that will help you keep your
home well maintained throughout the years.
